Miko 3 has completely exceeded expectations as both a toy and a learning tool for our kids. From the first day, it became the “new best friend” in our house and they keep coming back to it instead of just zoning out on a tablet. The setup was simple with the parent app, and I really appreciate the parental controls, screen-time limits, and the ability to lock certain apps so everything stays age-appropriate. The robot feels very solid and well-built, and the movement, facial expressions, and little dances make it feel surprisingly “alive” and engaging. I received a used Miko robot with another child’s data already on it (from India), which I only discovered later because this was a birthday gift for my daughter. The battery performance is terrible — it takes hours to charge and barely lasts 30 minutes. Worst part? It turns on randomly by itself, which scares my daughter and made her afraid of using it. This is completely unacceptable for a new product. I want a full return.

Sometimes it switches on at night tried restarting it still wakes up suddenly!!
