This is my first Digbats notebook, and I’m using it for my Pet Log. I wanted something portable so I could write daily notes and easily bring them to the vet if needed. I love the debossed elephant on the front hard cover; the faux pebbled leather with matching stitching is durable and elastic band and back inner pocket are welcome extra touches. The pen loop will hold a thinner pen, and I have used it when bringing it to the vet. The notebook is the perfect size to keep in large pocket or small crossbody purse. The paper is fountain pen friendly, and very smooth. The notebook will lie flat with some slight encouragement, ie lightly bending the spine backward. I was surprised to see that each page was perforated, but I have had no trouble with any pages ripping, even slightly. I am over third into the book, and every page has remained intact. I highly recommend the brand Dingbats, especially if you need a hardy, well made notebook that doesn’t need delicate handling.

Perfect pocket notebook I can actually carry in my pocket. The paper is fountain pen friendly and doesn't bleed. The cover is durable and no peeling edges and hard enough to keep its shape. Will buy again.

The quality of this little notebook is unmatched. It is very compact and sturdy. I have bought many notebooks throughout life but this is by far the best one I have ever purchased; Not only in quality but in care of packaging. Upon opening you can tell the degree to which this company not only cares about producing quality items but also how much they value their customer's satisfaction. This is a fantastic company that I will definitely be coming back to buy more from. I am beyond impressed by the quality. Very thick exterior and nice thick pages, nice spacious folder in the back despite the small size of the notebook, nice pen holder and bookmark, and of course a beautiful design to top it all off. Buy it! You certainly will not regret it.

Pretty sure I screamed when I found this journal brand. It has everything i’ve been looking for and the cute little animal design in front is the cherry on top! The journal definitely feels sturdy and durable. I tested the paper with my most used pens (sarasa, sharpie s-gel, uni zento, mildliner) and there was very, VERY little visible ghosting. The pen loop is tight and the perforated paper throughout is very nice. It’s a thick book so i’d avoid it if you’re wanting something easily pocketable, however it’s perfect for a purse.
