adidas T-16 Treadmill

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a treadmill that was solid and for all round performance. This definitely ticks those boxes. Me and my partner use this treadmill and she is 9ish stone I'm double that. It takes my weight and more. It has a good motor on it and there are various different programmes to choose from or you can just get on and go. You can plug your own music in too if you like. The fans are a ok nothing spectacular but a nice additional feature. Really good treadmill for all types of people and the max user weight was a plus for me as most treadmills wouldn't take my weight.Now it is a heavy machine and takes two to move and fit it together. The downside to this is the instructions weren't great to help you put it together and it takes some strength to slot things and hold them into position. Once together though it was all worth it. There are online guides that can help with this.The best feature on this model is the ease of folding and unfolding. It runs so smoothly on the hydraulics that you don't have to put any effort in. It is also cushioned so when you run there is less stress and strain on your joints. Another bonus to be fair. I recommend this treadmill for anyone just starting out or for general fitness. Like I say it has various programmes and incline too which are good. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is for ease of putting it together but was worth it in the end.
