CRESSIAlpha Ultra Dry - Snorkel Ideal for Snorkelling, Apnea and Diving - Adult Unisex

With a decent mask (like Big Eyes) this is a way superior set-up than any "full face snorkel mask". This snorkel is well made and does the job. It breathes very freely (unlike the Full Face set-up) and the shut-off valve works very well when diving beneath the surface. The snorkel clips very conveniently to the mask strap and the flexible lower section allows it to be "spat out" when not needed whilst still being retained. Can't compare with other snorkels as I have not tried others. I have only tried the "Full Face Mask type" which I found so difficult to breathe even at very moderate exertion. They also make your face really hot as the heat of expelled breath builds up in the mask as there is no way to dissipate it. So my advice, get a conventional snorkel and decent mask and this snorkel is very good.

Top valve stopped working on the 3rd day on diving. It's completely stucked so I couldn't open it when I was in the sea far away from shore thus I couldn't breath through snorkel. It's actually a dangerous thing for inexperienced diver to happen as if your buoyancy isn't properly tested you rely on snorkel for breathing.

Dreadfully poor design slider does not move up and down also clip does not swivel side to side. Could even be fake certainly not Cressi standards, totally useless to dive or snorkel with as it would be extremely uncomfortable

Had some trouble mounting them on my Cressi Big Eyes Evolution, they feel terrible and uncomfortably stiff, it feels they are being pulled off of your mouth. Overall functioning seemed ok, but they are useless for prolonged use, can't use it at all...

Maybe a bit expensive but it definitely worth every penny. I used for a week in holidays and worked very well. I’m pleased with my purchase.

I bought this product for swimming each day at a local pool,My previous snorkel tube had a mouthpiece that eventually fell apart after years of use . I was disappointed with this Cressida model as the flexible hose was really strong and tried to pul out of my mouth when in use ,perhaps insufficient testing of this model

great rubber and comfortable. have a stopper on top so you dont try and breath in water. will test and update in a month in Greece

Best snorkel ever had. But Needs attention to clear the floater cause can block without warning during dive....
