2 Pack Alps Sopressata - Approximately 2 pounds Sweet or Hot Your Choice (Sweet)

I have been getting the sweet one in the past, but this time I got the hot one.It isn't very hot for those who are concerned. It tastes much more flavorful due to the hot spices added although they are not very hot - just tasteful.It came well packages in a styrophome container and in a shrink plastic wrap. As for aging, Alps in noted for great aged sausage. This one is great. I highly recommend it for dried Italian sausage aficionados.

This was probably a very good product when sold fresh however I would not recommend ordering this through the mail. It was apparently sitting in a truck prior to delivery and it was warm. Although it is a dry-cured sausage the fact that it was shipped Delhi temperature did not sit well with me and I was afraid to eat it.

We received this sopressata in a sealed plastic bag. When I opened the wrap, I noticed that it wasn't aged enough because the color wasn't right and it was too soft. The taste was off. I had this brand before and it was good, but had never ordered it from Amazon. I should have sent it right back because we ended up throwing two of these away. From now on, I will only buy this from a deli. What a waste!

Hey in 5 days this was gone. I ate it all. Breakfast was the best ever. Red wine, a good cheese, and mama mio's biscuit and life it good...

Is to small for the price and is a little big to hard.
