Good quality and functional design
I love the middle dip, which allows me to easily find the middle with my neck, and also deters rotation on the bar. It has lasted well for me.

Makes squats much more comfortable. Thick solid padding and durable covering. Strong Velcro with internal rubber grip to prevent spinning on the bar. Has a loop on one end for hanging/storage when not in use. Good buy for the money
