Best Thriller books
I love all housemaid books by this author. Amazing writer and best story teller. Will definitely read more books by Freida in future.

Good enough, but something that I would expect from the author.
The book is good enough if you want to know ehat happened in between book 2 and 3. But it's not necessary to read it you can directly read book 3 after book 2 and totally can skip this book altogether. It was not as amazing as other books of Freida.

A short but gripping thriller with a clever twist.
This was a short and fast-paced read—probably the first short story from Freida McFadden. I finished it in about an hour, and it was definitely worth it.The story starts with a prologue that paints a very different picture from what we expect. As the plot unfolds, it keeps us intrigued, making us wonder how things will connect. Then comes the epilogue, which ties everything together in a way that completely shifts our perspective. It’s a clever way of playing with the reader’s expectations, making us question everything we thought we knew.I really liked how the story manipulated the reader’s perception. McFadden’s writing style is as engaging as ever, and despite the short length, the twists were well-placed. It felt like a quick but satisfying read, proving that a good thriller doesn’t always need to be lengthy.A cleverly written short story that plays with reader expectations. The way the prologue and epilogue change our entire perspective is brilliant. If you’re looking for a quick and engaging read, this is a great pick

Short and interesting read
It keeps the suspense till the end. I love the romance which is integrated. It's short and keeps us enthralled.

A filler between the main books 2 and 3
Nothing great especially for the false sense of drama and dread created at the beginning of the story that fizzles out at the end.

fast-paced, tension-filled novella that turns a wedding day into a thrilling ride
Note - I'm Kindle Unlimited subscriber and read the book through it.The Housemaid’s Wedding is a short, bite-sized thriller that packs a punch, unfolding entirely on Millie and Enzo’s wedding day—starting with a chilling death threat. While I knew they’d make it down the aisle, the real intrigue was in how the day would unfold after such a tense beginning.I loved seeing Millie and Enzo’s relationship deepen, especially with a baby on the way. From Enzo’s heartfelt proposal to their courthouse ceremony, their love and devotion shone through, even in the face of an unconventional wedding. The ominous threat call kept the tension high throughout, and Enzo’s perspective at the end was a great touch.Overall, this was a fast-paced, tension-filled novella that turns a wedding day into a thrilling ride with love and danger.

Excellent!
Hello, readers! When I discovered that Freida McFadden of The Housemaid fame had dropped a short story, I thought I had missed a book from the series! But to my relief, The Housemaid’s Wedding is a new release. It is a short story that can be read between Book 2 and Book 3 or after Book 3 of the series. It was too exciting and I couldn’t resist. As mentioned earlier, this is a short story of Millie and Enzo’s wedding. It starts with true McFadden style and I loved how it captured my attention! The short story is fast-paced and exciting and the end is truly satisfying. Since this is a tiny tale, I don’t have much to say other than – please go ahead and read it, especially if you have read or are in the middle of reading The Housemaid series. This book just ties the entire series with a nice bow. Must read!I’m thinking of The Teacher by the author as my next read. The holidays are coming up and what other way to enjoy the winter than cosying up with a thriller and a cup of hot cocoa?
