*UPDATE 01/02/2016 - So I have been using the case again for a couple of months. Unfortunately, whilst the issue around the volume buttons has definitely been improved, the overall durability of the case itself remains questionable I'm afraid. The reason for this is that it simply begins to loose up all around the edges, starting for me at the bottom and then at the sides. I haven't been putting the phone in or out at all, this is just from normal phone use (in and out of pockets, bags etc). I have ended up taking the phone out of the case and have reverted to D-Brand stick on covers to protect the back. I had high hopes for improved durability but I cannot upgrade my review with any more stars and I have now had 2 cases suffer durability issues tested over a reasonable period of time - each case began to have issues after around 2-3 months. I cannot recommend I'm afraid. It just doesn't seem like you can have a case this thin that is also durable. If you could buy a 4 pack for a year then it may be worth it.*UPDATE 15/10/2015 - I have added a star to my original review as I have received a replacement from Caudabe - the customer service was very good and the replacement has arrived quickly. I have been using it again for a couple of weeks and will report back as to whether the durability/design has improved - it's too early to say whether or not it will have the same issues but so far so good. I will be happy to update the review again in a few months after a real test. If it lasts it's a 4 star product in my view.I thought long and hard about whether this should be a 1, 2 or 3 star review but ultimately I have to give it 1 star. If I had reviewed this in the first week of owning it I would have giving it 4 or 5 stars. The case is thin - certainly the thinnest case I have ever owned and the only case that really doesn't take away from the design of the phone itself - I was extremely pleased with it. The plastic is a bit slippery but the fit seemed good and I was just after something that offered scratch resistance and some drop protection. It wasn't long however before I noticed issues - and these are mentioned by others in other negative reviews on Amazon - I urge potential buyers to take real note of these reviews.My issues began with the area around the volume buttons where there is only a very thin strip of plastic case. Over time (around 1 month of being installed) this gradually started to stretch away from the phone. This became worse and worse until it was literally bulging out from the side. Then the same began to happen at the other thin areas of the case - around the top where the camera is and around the power/sleep buttons. The stretching of these thin plastic areas acted to loosen up the case generally and as a result it was no longer a close fit. After about 2-3 months, I have had to take the case off entirely as it has become intolerably loose and the thin plastic areas are catching on pockets and everything in general.A 2-3 month lifespan of a product is exceptionally poor. This is the number 1 reason that I have given this 1 star as opposed to 2 or 3 - yes this is definitely the thinnest, least obtrusive case you can get for your iPhone but it comes at a cost - it only last for around 2-3 months before it needs replacing. The frustrating thing is that I think these issues could be easily solved either by removing the very thin areas entirely or doing something to add a little strength to these areas. Unfortunately the build quality as it stands means this case is not worth the price when compared to the lifespan offered. Such a shame as it definitely is the slimmest, best fitting (to start with) case that you can get. The manufacturers need to take note as this is not an isolated incident. I cannot recommend it at all.

Original June 6, 2016: This is a fantastic little case - it is very thin and fits the phone like a glove. The thinness helps preserve the slim design of the iPhone 6 without adding bulk or weight while still providing protection against cosmetic scratches and dings. I also like that I can still dock my phone and use all of the buttons and ports easily. The material is less slippery than the naked phone while not being as tacky/sticky as a silicone case making it easy to handle but also able to slip into a pocket or purse without worry of it sliding out. It is also translucent and allows the phone logo and Apple symbol to be visible, which I like. I use this paired with a static cling protective glass shield for the face of my phone and together they provide great everyday protection for my phone while keeping it portable and elegant. The Veil obviously will not provide much protection against big drops, but for those who want all of the functionality and style of the original phone design and just want to be able to protect it against scuffs and scratches, this is perfect. When I upgrade my phone, I plan to get this same case for the next model.Update May 4, 2018: While I liked the design of this case it wasn't very protective. My phone screen broke (or its possible just the screen protector broke, either way there is cracked glass visible), so when I upgraded my phone a few months ago I got a different case instead. There are now slim cases that still offer some shock/impact resistance; I bought a low profile Bodyguardz case for my new phone and am very happy with it. If you just want something that looks good and are not worried about drop protection, this is a great case and it's really inexpensive, which is nice. If you need to protect your phone from more than just some scratches, I'd recommend paying a little more for a different product.

Slum low profile case, the slightly transparent finish allows branding to be visable also. Seems to be holding up well after a few days use. Only slight issue would be i would preferred it not to be as slippy.

Having tried so many cases, found this to be best case. This case protects as much protection as the device needs if you are careful in handling your device.

Aesthetically a great case. Nice, snug fit. It provides only moderate protection (all I was looking for). If you want a case that will protect from a lot of abuse, look elsewhere!

Beautiful case. As thin as paper and maintains the thin profile of the phone.

Good quality product. I’m happy what I paid. Highly recommended.
