*******UPDATE - customer service is excellent. I was sent a new clip. It is sturdy with no issues. I hope to have this one for a long time! Great size for my thick long hair. Would recommend buying from the Kitsch!*******I had one of these for yearssss that I had to replace. I got this one and it broke immediately. Not sure if that has to do with quality or was just bad luck for me? I wish I was able to return.
