Suggested Use: Sensitive/Petite: Take 1-2 caps daily with food. Women with a period: Start during period with 3 caps daily. Increase 2-4 caps daily during 2nd cycle. If side effects appear, reduce dosage. Post Menopausal with hot flashes: Start with 2 caps twice daily with food. If after 5 days, hot flashes are not 80% better, increase to 3 caps twice daily. If hot flashes get worse, you are taking TOO MUCH.
