Suggested Use: 6 Tbl unsalted butter (room temperature) 2 cups nut butter, raw 4 large eggs Baking Directions Preheat oven to350° F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat. In a mixer combine the wet ingredients: butter, nut butter and eggs. Process until smooth and creamy. Add entire can of dry mix. Mix until combined, scrape sides, then process until smooth. This cookie dough is sticky. Using a small scoop (1 Tbl), place each cookie on prepared baking sheet (half pan 18x13) about 1 inch apart. With this size scoop on this size pan you will get 3 across and 5 down for a total of 15 cookies per pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit on pan for 1-2 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Make approximately 60 cookies. You may also use half the contents of this can and halve the wet ingredients to yield half the cookies. You may also freeze after completely cooled. Variations: Use your favorite nut butter like almond butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter, macadamia nut butter, peanut butter, pecan butter, pistachio butter, walnut butter.
