The flavor is very tasty. I live in Vegas and could not find it any grocery store. It is very good in soups and any recipe that calls for celery

These are hard to find in stores. If you have Prime they are free to deliver. If you make potato soup it is a great seasoning.

I don’t like celery, let’s just get that out of the way. BUT chicken or tuna salad just doesn’t work for me without it so I would either but the cheapest bunch of celery I could find, use two stalks for a large batch of salad and relegate the rest to die a slow death in the fridge or buy an 8 oz container of pre chopped celery for twice the price of a whole bunch so I didn’t have to feel guilty for wasting. I tried freeze dried celery because it would be shelf stable and I could have it on hand but there wasn’t that much celery flavor and it needed to be rehydrated first if the salad was to be consumed right away, Then this product popped up in a search for alternatives and I decided to try it. I’m sold. It has the celery flavor I was looking for, better pricing and no more dead celery leftovers in the fridge. I’ll be buying this again.
