Total Comfort Cushion

This is a really good cushion and I needed it to raise me up in the car. That didn't work very well because it cuts into the back of my legs at the cushion seat edge. It would probably be good in a chair that your feet are touching the floor and legs below your knees are straight up and down..... Like a good ergonomic seating posture. In my car tho, my legs go out nearly straight to the gas pedal and brake causing pain in the back of my legs because of the height of the cushion. For my car, the cushion needs more of a wedge shape.

I have a pinched nerve in my spine do to a very herniated disc. This caused severe sciatica. My spine doctor reccomended that I use one of these if I am going to sit for any length of time. I love this cushion and am planning on buying one for the car and another fo take when traveling by plane or just to my special card classes. (I make greeting cards and it requires some time sitting to complete a project.)Carol Burnett

Comfy enough, but does tend to feel lumpy in areas that aren't directly under your butt ie, it's a taint puncher. Also, it's a little small for an office chair but at least it's a lot cheaper than similar cushions from medical equipment stores.UPDATE: I eventually had to open the pillow to see why it's so uncomfortable and there was an A4 sized plastic bag with watery "silicone" in, that had once been a solid, but no more..I removed the silicone sack and now it's mere a overpriced, semi-comfortable cushion.

I am glad it has a removable zipped cover for cleaning it is a good feeling cushion and is what i wanted

A bit on the small size but is comfortable. Much cooler than the all vinyl type. Good value and worth money.

Seems to work well, nothing special, however. Little too big for any chair and even car seat. Put it behind my back instead of on seat of car, works good this way.

Every thing I needed..I sit for 4 hours MWF in dialysis and it really helps..The shipping costs jacked up the price making at a little to costly for the original investment but still over all very satisfying..Good for long drives in car too..
