This chandelier is easy to install until you get to the point where it’s missing the bottom part that actually allows it to be a chandelier.No problem right? I’ll contact the seller and they can send the part.NO you can not. I emailed and called. Don’t even try to call- no one will ever answer. No one will answer your emails either.Mistakes happen, and it’s disappointing that I couldn’t resolve.Oh- good luck taking it apart again to ship back while the beads, hooks, and cords tangle. That was fun.

I feel like all the pictures are VERY misleading regarding the color of the beads. These beads are grey. Very grey. Not brown, not tan, not black, not light grey, not charcoal. They are just grey. It’s really surprising to me that not one picture I have seen is accurate.

OOHH BOY!! This chandelier is beautiful!! I was not expecting to love this light and I can honestly say it is really pretty! I am going through a remodel and was so undecided but glad I picked this one. I have 8 ft walls so I don't have much extending chain on mine only around 3 links but, it still looks amazing! it only took me around 20 minutes to install and assemble. If you're considering this one I'd say GO FOR IT!!What's the worse that could happen you have to send it back!?JUST PURCHASE IT

The metal in the grey option is much lighter and not dark or "black" at all. Still a pretty fixture.

This ceiling light is gorgeous. A little annoying to install, as it was tough to guess where the screw holes were with beads hitting you in the face - but easy peasy otherwise. It’s so pretty, UNIQUE, and just the style we were looking for! Not cheaply priced, but also not cheaply made.

This is a great value. I had a handyman install since it’s a vintage rental and I’m not an electrician. He was able to have it up and all together in under 30 mins. I love the color and the size is perfect for the space. It puts off enough light but also provides a cool shadow pattern on the ceiling and walls giving the room added depth and interest.

Not good quality. I bought two and they are not very stable. I will keep one since it FINALLY won't tip over. The second is a mess. The larger screws to stabilize it on the base keep loosening causing the whole lamp to tilt and lean if I even slightly touch it. You have to assemble the length of the lamp in three pieces and they just don't stay tightened. They really should rethink the manufacturing on this item.

Perfect addition for my home office Reno . I wish it was more grey than brown but it still works. Excuse the mess in the photos.

Gorgeous but the metal is VERY brown - far more than the picture. I ended up spray painting it all black. Easy to install.
