I bought this set mainly for the large body roller… those are hard to find. The set comes well packaged and I like that the case cover has extensions that hold all the pieces in place. The built-in disinfection chamber is nice too. The heads are easy to change on the handle, which feels sturdy. Plus I accidentally dropped the roller on my tiled floor and there was no damage. I used the large roller on the crepey skin on my arms and legs. It rolled smoothly and with no squeaks, unlike another brand I’ve tried. It was actually quite a pleasant sensation. There was some mild stinging for a couple of hours afterwards but nothing intolerable. I used HLA before and argan + castor oil after, and my skin felt very soft.I haven’t used the smaller face rollers, but would recommend this set if you’re looking for a time-saving larger roller. I took away 1 star because they don’t offer replacement heads. I don’t like having to throw away the whole kit when it’s just the heads that need replacing... that's unnecessary waste.

Wow! I'm impressed 👏.I have to admit that I wasn't expecting a dramatic difference in my skin from an Amazon gadget. Today, I finally got bold enough to try it for the first time and WOAH! I have acne scars on both sides of my head, and deep scars under my nose that have plagued me since the 90s. With one use of the facial roller, I already see dramatic results. I wish I'd have taken a before and after but I wasn't expecting it to work as well as it did. The roller didn't hurt, but it got a bit uncomfortable where there's not as much facial fat. My skin did swell and turn red afterwards, so you may want to use it before bed. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this $20 tool worked and I highly recommend it to anyone with acne scars or wrinkles.

So I got a popular dermaroller. I bought a serum separately. It came the next day so I'm assuming it's from a close by warehouse. First, my theory is that as long as it breaks the skin, it should work. The deeper doesn't mean better but just breaking the skin so that the body starts to send reinforcements to the area. It should feel tingly and red like light scratch marks which I do feel. I didn't bleed. I really don't think bleeding is for me. I got a serum with vit. C. And other stuff in it. I do feel a difference. I'm only doing it on my right side and feel like if this works, I should see a difference. I'm doing it every other week cuz it's such a short needle. And putting on the serum daily to help heal the area faster. That being said. It seems pretty good. The needles are really short. I was kind of disappointed in that. Is 1 mm not available?? Wish I could order a 1mm for my thighs. I got this for my saggy skin from losing a bit of weight. I have never felt like my skin was attached to me. Hoping this helps.Update: inside thigh looks less lettucy. I use the dermaroller weekly since it's really short needles. My middle section doesn't really show any difference.

So simple to use. The three different size rollers make it easy to get where you want with the length of needle that you want. Simply twist the head and it pops loose from the handle. It doesn't really hurt either. The alcohol soaking chamber built in to the case is a nice bonus.

One box have all three. And all needles you need tried and like it. It’s working I see the difference. I highly recommended.
