I feel like I'm going to sound like a paid ad, but I am not, I am just that in love with this soap.This soap totally saved my face. I have horrible seborrheic dermatitis and it's only been getting worse. I was starting to get permanent scars. I tried what I thought was everything. I thought this soap would be stupid because I had tried just rubbing pyrithione zinc shampoo on my face and that already didn't work. I have no idea why I even ordered it, but I did, and I haven't had any noticable rash on my face since I first got this last May. That is EIGHT MONTHS ago. In the past, I couldn't even to get through even a week without my face trying to eat itself. I've even made it through three season changes and almost all the way through winter without a flare. This hasn't happened for me since the 90s. ONCE, a flare started and my cheek was reddening, and then it just stopped and went away! This has never happened before - usually once the skin reddens, I'm doomed to subsequent days of horrible flaking, itching, soreness and sometimes bleeding. This is why I love this soap so much. I think it might even be made of magicThe best part? I have three bars and even though I use them daily (sometimes twice) I've barely used up any of them. Even the one my family keeps trying to use as regular soap and leaving under the shower stream is still almost whole.Unlike other reviewers, I don't think it's drying at all. It's not super moisturizing, but I think it's actually less drying than most other face soaps I've used.

I ordered my first bar of soap a few months ago when a friend recommended I start using after my workouts. I had an inflamed rash/acne patch on my entire neck and jaw and noticed that it was exasperated while I was sweating. After using this bar for a couple weeks I noticed a huge difference. The rash was totally gone in 6 weeks and never returned. I decided to order in bulk because this has been the only product that has helped heal my skin. I wash daily and I have no rash, acne, or scars left over. I’ve always had sensitive skin so this is perfect and I will follow with pure aloe. I am a chronic, 365 days a year eczema sufferer with often prolonged breakouts of eczema/psoriasis/seborrheic dermatitis on my face. For years I've been beating it back with strong steroid creams and oils but am trying to lessen my use of them.I decided to get this because I had in the past had breakouts on my scalp which have just about disappeared since I switched to a shampoo with Pyrithione Zinc as the active ingredient almost 3 years ago, with the occasional breakout happening only after weeklong trips where I wasn't using the shampoo. I figured, why not give it a try on my face-- but using the shampoo on my face didn't work well.TLDR; I've only used this bar once, just last night, from face to feet in the shower. Let me tell you, my super flaky aggravated face skin STUNG TO ALL H#%& when I did it...BUT TODAY I WOKE UP WITH THE BREAKOUT AND FLAKY SKIN 85% GONE after suffering with this current breakout for the last 4 months.I will continue using this and update if I start having adverse reactions or the like, but I am hoping it will just continue to improve!

My teenage son was diagnosed with the ambiguous "seb heb" and eczema a few years ago, and has been treated ever since. Well, the eczema was on his hand, arm, etc. and I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have because I'm not a dermatologist. He was prescribed rotations of various shampoos as well as a prescription shampoo for dandruff, and the same stuff I am on for eczema and acne on his face. Hmm, no matter what we did, he seemed to keep having secondary infections on and around his nose, and his nose was bright red, shiny, and flaky.A few weeks ago, it hit me - Wait, they are having him use prescriptions for eczema and acne on his nose, but they said he had, "seb heb"!!!! So, I looked up this "seb heb", and found this soap. I feel like the most neglectful mother ever for letting this go so long and listening to his doctor berate him at every doctor's appointment about not following directions. His doc insisted that he needed to be on daily, oral antibiotics or this would never go away. I ordered this soap after noting that it is exactly what is in his dandruff shampoo (plus some skin soothing additions). He used this soap one night before bed, and he woke up with a normal, beautiful nose. I could cry. When school starts next Fall, a new, more confident, young man will be in attendance.
