My 6 year old Grandson said “ BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER”!!!!!!

We tried to return the item after realizing it was not a good fit for 10 year old. Seller made a good offer to keep it as I'm sure it was too expensive for them for us to return it. We kept it and have been attempting to use it for our 3 year old, but it is a pile of poop! It will not hold charge for longer than 2 minutes. Yes, we do charge it. Assembly -- pain in the butt, nothing like ad suggests. Quality -- initially thought was decent, but does not hold charge at all! Safety -- no issues there at this point. Speed -- does have two settings, which has been nice. Overall -- DO NOT BUY! The whole thing has been a big pain in the butt. It does not hold charge and it is not worth the money. There are a lot of other things on the market I would purchase over this. The money is not worth the gift value. Other items in same price point that I would chose over this item. We are going to have to junk it at this point. Who wants to buy something that does not hold battery!?! Sad when you can not reach out to the seller for solution or for refund. People do not stand behind products any longer.

My son loves this thing. It is as fast as advertised and the drifting is so legit. However, I'm really concerned how long this thing is going to last... Within two days of my son giving it normal use the tires are so scratched and beat up. The steering axel also requires a little maintenance. There's a little metal notch that keeps it from turning too tightly that sometimes needs to be realigned. I really hope I can buy a new set of tires eventually, but I don't see a way to do that. If it wasn't for durability this would be a 5 out of 5! P.S. I hold great customer service in very high regard. I'm adjusting this review from 3 to 4 stars not because they told me to, but because I believe it's well deserved. They helped me with the above issue, which included a new set of tires. When I bought this I hoped it would last years for my son and I'm still concerned that it won't last long. But I'm very thankful for their prompt and generous help in this matter! Outstanding customer service, just hope they can improve this product in the future. I hope to update this review when it's clear the go-kart is beyond repair.

It stopped working after a month and a half. I followed all the charging recommendations in the instructions. Battery life got very short after 30 days and stopped working as of this week. Literally purchased for Christmas, maybe got 6 uses out of it. It turns on, but won't go forward or backward. If someone from the company can please reach out with instructions on how to fix, I'd appreciate it
