I have been dealing with skin issues (moderate to severe eczema, which is rheumatoidal in nature) and my eyelashes had basically disappeared on my left eye, due to inflammation. My doctor constantly advises me to use a warm compress, but it's really hard to find time each day to get the compress, sanitize it, microwave it, lay on the couch for 20-30 minutes, JUST to be able to wash my eyes effectively. I used it twice before discovering all the different modes and customizations it had. You can use it for migraine/sinus pressure, you can have it focus just on your eyes, etc. And you can make the pressure more or less, heat higher or lower, there are white noises built in with customizable volume and you can also attach to bluetooth. The first time I used it, I accidentally used the gel insert with heat, which I think you're only supposed to use with cold. I haven't actually used cold mode yet. I find the heat to be very soothing and effective. This was a fantastic purchase.
