Ordered an XXXL because the reviews said it ran small. Please, follow this advice! This product is meant to be super small but stretchy. My natural waistline is 30" and the product reduced it to about 29"; my thighs were reduced by even less. If you're looking for something to drastically reduce your measurements, this product may not be it. However! It really helps control jiggling and improves your posture. I wear it just below my ribs and it hardly ever rolls down even when I've been leaning over and squatting. I did some running and while that may not be the best idea because it somewhat inhibits breathing, my belly and thighs didn't jiggle as much. It also helped smooth my tummy and sides down to make them more even and reduce the look of rolls underneath clothing. Speaking of, it's lightweight and hardly shows up under slinky dresses and jeans. I didn't notice a difference in the height of my booty.TL;DR: this product helps your midsection, thighs, and booty look smoother under clothes, reduces jiggling when walking/running, and provides excellent back support. It lost one star because it didn't lift my butt any. Please don't forget to order several sizes up!

I'm 5'4" & 115 lbs. After 3 kids, I have a little stubborn belly bulge in my lower tummy. I'm not fat, don't have rolls, etc. Maybe I'm not shopping for this for the same reasons as others? I was just hoping to "flatten" the tummy area with this piece when dressing up. While it fit as expected, it did absolutely nothing to hold anything in. Returned it & will keep shopping.*Update* - I received a ridiculous email from the seller asking me to remove my review - which I won't. Guessing that's because I only gave 1 star, which is my fair judgement of the product. I read a ton of positive reviews (which I now can't believe were rated 4 & 5 stars) before I ordered a Med. I'm normally a small and ordered up because of the other reviews. Regardless of the fact that it fit, it didn't serve its purpose for me. Maybe I'm not shopping for the same reason as others, but in my opinion, a product should serve its purpose. If it doesn't, I'm going to be honest about it so others can make an informed decision.

This smooths things out. I am a medium in US sizing usually wear a size 6 or 8 pants and I got the XL. This size allows me to breath and does hold everything nice and tight. It is not miracle worker but as a short term fix it will do.

Im 5’5” and 160lbs and ordered the L/XL- expecting a fit similar to a Large but I was met with a fit more akin to a medium - it still fit me in the waist and slimed me up significantly but I had a lot of trouble geting my hips and legs into the piece and my legs looked kinda weird pinched up but this would be Perfect for someone who is a bit less round on their lower half. overall good sliming but make sure to account for the sizing running really small. Worked for my prom dress just fine :)

Excellent fit, compresses the waist just as it should without being too uncomfortable. Loved the hourglass shape it gave me. It stayed put without any rolling, and did not give me a muffin top.A few notes on fit: I ordered the small, because it says to size up, and I am normally an extra small in everything. On the size chart, it says that a small is for waist size 20-22. My waist is a 25, but I wanted something that would give me good compression, so I took a chance and sized up only once, since I usually wear an S in Asian sizes just fine. It was the perfect fit, and I am so glad I didn't get the medium. The one caveat I would add, is that the boning is fairly stiff, so if you are pear shaped, it might be hard to get it over your hips even if your waist is the correct size. My hips are 32/33, and it was a tight fit to get this over them, but no real trouble.

Feels great does the job when in doubt order a size smaller so you can get that sucked in effect. I wore it with a dress I needed to smooth out the back bra area and yes it worked well no gross bumpy bra and back rolls showing

This is a great product for the price. I am 5' 2" and weigh 140 lbs and bought the xlarge. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I really like the boning on the sides of the shaper because it keeps it from rolling down. Some shapers are very tight and uncomfortable but not this one. I will say you need a bra that comes to the top of the shaper as shown in the pictures. If not, it will create a roll of fat between the bra and shaper.

It is the absolute perfection fit. The problem I've had with similar items before is that they don't stay up without having to mess with them all day. This one stays up just fine and doesn't roll down. Will probably purchase the other color too.
