If garlic reaper is 118,000 and their zombie apocalypse is 500,000 how is garlic reaper twice as hot?

Because Zombie Apocalypse isn't anywhere near 500,000, despite their claims. I'd put it closer to maybe 100,000. Maybe even a little less. Garlic Reaper is definitely noticeably hotter... but it's tastier too!

Why did the sauce change? I prefer the thicker sauce rather than the orange runny

As far as I know it hasn't. It is possible for some variances between batches to exist with craft makers, but I have found this sauce to be consistently significantly thicker than commercial sauces like Tabasco or Frank's, for instance.

Is it hotter than blairs megadeath sauce?

No, but it also tastes good. It is not an extract sauce, which means it doesn't taste like burnt chemicals. It is plenty hot, but is also absolutely delicious
