My husband really likes this set. He likes the weight of the chips and the "briefcase" it comes in. He did say he would get another one, though, because if you have more than 4 people at a poker game, there might not be enough chips, depending on how you play.

I own quite a few poker sets which are mostly used in various board games. This set ranks up there with some of my favorites including the Iron Clays put out by Roxly for the board game Brass. This set features a sturdy aluminum case and the chips have an excellent balance and heft, both hallmarks of a great poker chip. The muted colors and graphic design give this set a more serious look and certainly pairs well with various card games. Couple this with an incredible price point and you have a winner.

For a home game, this set is exactly what you need.The best thing here, without a doubt, is the chips. They have a serious heft to them, just like the real clay composites you'd find on a professional felt. That 14-gram weight feels substantial in your hand, and they make a nice, satisfying clack when you toss them into the pot. They aren't the cheap, lightweight plastic junk you find in a lot of other sets. The numbered denominations are clear and easy to read across the table, which speeds up the game.Now, let's be realistic. This isn't a professional-grade setup, and it doesn't pretend to be. The dealer button is pretty basic and not what you'd call official. The playing cards are just plastic-coated, not the 100% plastic cards we used in the casinos that can survive spills and last for ages. But this set was never advertised as being approved by the gaming commission. You're getting a solid home game experience, not a full casino one. For the price, the quality is focused where it matters most: the chips. This set is perfect for a late-night game with friends.

Very nice portable chipset. The case is solidly built, and holds the dense weight that good chips will always have. I actually worked in a casino as a blackjack dealer for 2 years, and these chips are very similar in weight and size, and follow the standard casino color coding for value. The $1 chips are light pink, and most casinos would use white, but I have also seen pink. A casinos chips are all individualized because they're tokens of currency, so there is always a variance in striping and sometimes colors of the striping. These chips are properly weighted and definitely iron core. The clank is satisfying and they're easy to cut and stack. These are not your standard cheap chips. They feel more like a default set with no casino customization of the stripes. The cards are like casino cards, and in the way that they'll play very well for a night, but most "dealers" will ruin them with their clumsy hands and sloppy riffles. They're disposable, but I found that oddly satisfying to see in a set of poker chips. The dice are not perfect cubes like most casino dice would be, but it's cool that they've been thrown in. Even the blind and dealer chips are solidly made with some nice weight to them.Overall worth the price. If I get poker nights going again I'll likely buy some more to go with the set of 200 I got.

Super happy with this set and the quality you get for the price. I’m not necessarily any sort of chip aficionado, but these are super nice quality, weight, and overall design. They look really classy and are super easy to read as well. Sometimes when playing with chips you can have a hard time seeing the text - not on these. The set comes in a very standard case but great for storing and transporting when needed. I do feel like the case is a little higher quality than what you may find on a cheap similar case at a big box retailer or something It’s nice it also comes with some really chunky and nice dice and some cards too. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a really nice and solid set!
