Do I take this in place of my multivitamin or with it? Do I take 2 at one time or twice throughout the day?

Hi Stacy,We recommend that you continue with your Multivitamin as it will have other ingredients not found in the Maxi Hair. The Maxi Hair label reads as take 2 a day. You can space it out or take them both at once. It is recommended to take them with food though. i saw a men version what is the different ? and does it make the hair thicker ?

I think the men's version has saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil (they are softgels too, not tablets), so they are a little different. What is the expiration date of this product?

I have never looked at the expiration date. It is wonderful stuff and I have used it every year for the past 30 years. I will be 55 next month to I still have most of my hair.
