If you like homage watches; so as not to be an exact replica or counterfeit this is a great alternative. If you cannot afford an Invicta or one of the other higher end homage watches this is a great way to go. Mine arrived with a couple of minor bezel scratches but I worked with seller to make things right which they did.As noted by other reviews; weight is nice and heavy (so as not cheap feeling), design and appearance all exactly what I was looking for. Band is good with exception of I wish clasp was slightly more "heavy duty" but it works well.Too soon to tell about stats like accurate time +/- seconds etc but it seems to so far keep a power reserve after taking it off of about 20 hours or so.The beauty of this automatic and what I always look for in automatic mechanical watches is the ability to hand wind which to me is more of a plus and benefit than how good the lume is (which is weak on this for sure).Overall; if it fails down the road I would not hesitate to get another one, or another one of another color to add to my homage collection.I only didn't give 5 stars as I do believe the cost on this should be closer to the $25 dollar range as opposed to the $38 paid.I've read sometimes these go on sale or have discounts come up so if so I'd not hesitate to go for it if you've been thinking of getting one of these Tevise brands.

Purchased this homage watch after seeing an ad pop up in my IG feed for a similar model by the same company. I own more expensive automatic watches, but wanted something stylish that could be worn on a daily basis without regard to potential damage, theft, etc. This watch is basically a stand in for my Rolex Submariner (I call it my stunt-double watch lol) as from a distance it looks basically identical to the real thing. As far as fit and finish, the watch is visually pleasing enough and the construction is adequate for daily use as a generic mechanical timepiece. It has a decent amount of weight and optical "bling" that all but the most ardent horology afficianados should be adequately impressed by this watch, especially considering the cost/value. The movement itself seems fairly light and if you're looking for the same tight construction that you get with the real McCoy you will be greatly disappointed. But if you want a great looking Submariner style automatic bracelet watch for the price of a decent quartz watch, then you might enjoy this Tevise. I know that I do.

As per the title.It's a great watch but this particular model seems to have QC issues - the crystal/glass fell out of mine & unfortunately the local watch repair shop has been unable to repair it.Probably many of these are fine, but mine had problems.I have other Tevises & one is rock solid, but one other also had problems (different problems).For the price though it's to be expected, $40 for an automatic watch is pretty amazing.

My Tevise green Subbie broke its stem where it connects to the crown. If this happens to your watch, before you throw away your watch, try this hack. You might succeed. (1) caliper the diameter of your watch stem. (2) Buy stem-extenders of same diameter. (3) Use a caliper to measure & a wire-cutter to shorten the watch stem so when you screw on the extender's nut-end, the extender's nut-end fits inside the watch case. (4) Use a caliper to measure & a wire-cutter to shorten the extender's bolt-end so when the crown is screwed on to the extender's bolt-end, the crown is close to the edge of the watch case.. This is a D.I.Y. hack. It's better to light one candle than to curse the dark. The Tevise watch continues to keep accurate time if I wind it 20 full 360* twists every night.

It's a little big and clunky, but a halfway decent watch for the money.

The watch arrived on time. It looks good, a little bit ticker than I expexted. I put it on my wrist the next day, it worked well. But when I took it off in the evening and left it on my night stand, I found the next morning it has stopped about 5 hours after. The next day it was the same. And the next also. Then I tried to wind it manually to the end of his spring at the evening and in the morning it was working. For me this means that the self winding mechanism doesn't work fine. I returned the watch.
