Versatile
I got this 4 my aquarium. What was surprising about it is how versatile it is. It makes a wonderful non-scratch scouring sponge. It's worked well whichever way I've used it n cleaned up very well. A very affordable n valuable discovery

A Little Smaller
The product dimensions are 1.6” x 2.2” x 2.8”, and the box they come in is 1.9" x 2.4" x 3.4". So keep that in mind. It's perfect for my fish tank, and very easy to clean. I put them in a section of my under tank to clean more and they have helped a lot with keeping the tank clean. I would definitely buy these again.

Arrived in a damaged box, may have been used

It is easy to use
Bought this as a replacement for a foam pad I had been using in an AquaClear 20 Power Filter for a long time. It is easy to use. Can use right out of the box. I just took the old foam pad and rinsed it with some aquarium water. Then I used the rinsed water from the old foam pad to soak the new foam pad in for a minute or two before putting it in the filter. That way you are getting some needed bacteria into the new pad so that you might be able to keep the aquarium from going into a new cycle or from going into a full cycle.

Must have in your aquarium
Good for a 5 gallon planted tank. Keeps my water clear. Pair this up with the AquaClear biomax and activated carbon and you’ll be set. Definitely saves you money in the long run.
