Red Pomade, Medium All Day Hold, Water Soluble Styling, High Shine and Flake Free, Easy To Wash Out, For All Hair Types

I’m a hair rookie. After spending 24 years in the Army, I’ve finally taken the brave plunge into the world of hair growth. While stationed in Europe, I stumbled upon a barber shop that sold Reuzel products, and I thought, “Why not? Let’s make my head a little more fabulous!” I went with the Reuzel Red medium-hold pomade, and let me tell you, the first thing that caught my eye was the container. It looks vintage—like something you’d find in your hipster uncle's attic. Seriously, it’s so cool you’ll want to keep it around for future use. Now, let’s talk about the smell. This pomade smells unbelievable. It’ll make your hair smell so good that people might start following you around, sniffing the air like they’ve just caught a whiff of fresh-baked cookies. But please wash your hair regularly for the love of all things holy. If you don’t, you’ll be that person with the hair that smells like a gym sock, and that’s just hella nasty. The Reuzel medium hold pomade does a spectacular job without leaving my hair feeling like it’s been dipped in glue or encased in a helmet. It’s light, it’s smooth, and it’s everything I never knew my hair needed. Trust me, this product is worth every penny!

I have been using this pomade for about 5 years. It is by far, the best pomade I have ever tried. The sheen hides my grey hairs, the hold is amazing, and it's not greasy at all. The smell is just a bonus.

Great stuff. Holds without being concrete-stiff. Wish I would have found this sooner. Works way better than liquid stuff. Washes right out.

I'll start of by saying the only other water soluble pomade I've tried is Suavecito Firme. The Reuzel red has a similar hold (maybe a little less) and consistency. I can recomb my hair after it has dried and it wont flake much if at all. The smell is nice yet subtle. It does not smell like cola as the description says. Personally I feel that it has a small hint of pineapple. I've been using this to slick back my puffy hair and it does a good job of keeping it down. Using it on dry hair gives a better hold but can be a little hard to spread through your hair. I find it to spread better with barely damp hair without affecting the hold too much. Even though it says high sheen, the sheen is not that high, which I actually like. Its a little pricier than other pomades but I feel like it is worth It and will be buying more when it runs out.

Hair hold is good. The smell is really pleasant and masculine.

I have used a lot of difference pomades. The issue is that I have extremely curly and thick hair, but I don't want hard clumpy product in my hair. So I came upon pomade a few years ago. I started by using the ones that you can find in the store everywhere, Cremo, American Crew, Paul Mitchell, etc. Every single one of those ends with my hair being all over the place within 2-3 hours. With this pomade I have found that I can get a good mold and hold for the entire day, and because it is so soluble with water, I can re-wet my hair later and reform it if it gets out of line. It also gives a wonderful sheen to the hair, and smells nice as well. Overall, the can itself is a bit pricey, but you get a ton of product with it and it lasts me a few months every time, using it every day. 5/5 Recommend

I love this pomade! My brother-in-law introduced me to it a while back and I have not used any gel since. A little bit goes a long way and it works best with damp hair. It will hold your hair in place and it smells great! It is not a super thick or strong hold, so I wouldn't go playing any sports with this in your hair. Also, since it is water soluble, no need to wash your hair with dish soap, simple shower with shampoo will do. Also, since it is water soluble, I would not recommend going braving the elements without some kind of head gear or umbrella or it will wash out.

I really enjoy this stuff compared to this other brand I use to buy, works great, hold hair in place and the more you put on the stronger it is, it also smells amazing, will definitely continue to buy 👍🏼
