Good but expensive.
Theses work very well for Xerostomia ( chronic dry mouth) . I sometimes just keep the gum side of my cheek and gum, it helps for a good 10 km run also..

Wet mouth
I recently tried ACT Dry Mouth Gum with Xylitol, and overall I’m really impressed. The gum has a pleasant flavor and is easy to chew without becoming overly hard or losing its texture too quickly. What I like most is that it helps keep my mouth feeling moist and refreshed, especially when I’m dealing with dry mouth. The addition of xylitol is also a nice benefit, and the gum is convenient to carry around and use whenever needed. The flavor isn’t overpowering, but it still leaves your mouth feeling fresh. Overall, I would recommend ACT Dry Mouth Gum to anyone who experiences dry mouth and wants a simple, convenient way to get some relief throughout the day. It’s easy to use, tastes good, and has become a helpful product to keep on hand.

Great gum for dry mouth!
Works great in reducing my dry mouth from the medication I take daily. The flavour of the gum is nice and fresh without being too overpowering and lasts a long time compared to regular gum. Will be buying again soon!
