What to say, exactly as described and I was pleased the blackcurrant flavour is quite nice. Taste a bit like blackcurrant flavour squash, but significantly less sweet. A bit as if you put the tiniest drop of it in the water. This is excellent if you have diabetes and you’ve been running high blood sugars and cannot stop drinking. It breaks that cycle and it relieves that thirst. I also drink these when I need more liquids but want something nicier than water. It mixes well and it does not leave a patina on top of the water as some do. It has a little of fizz but it doesn’t feel sparkly, and based on research this has a good amount and balance of electrolytes, so I can’t wait for it to be on offer again! Also it’s generally decent value as one tablet will do 750ml or up to a L so great! - you can put 1 tab in 400-500ml too if you want a more concentrated flavour too. Would recommend

Taste nice. Slow to disolve

I have come to depend on these electrolytes for endurance events. Before using any I’d cramp up towards the end of marathons and a couple of these the days before prevents them. I also offered one to a fellow competitor in a long distance walk who was suffering a lot of cramps and he told me later they stopped straight away. Really give that moral boost of energy too even though they are zero calories and what could be more simple than popping one in half a little of water in a bottle? They fiz for a few minutes then are fully dissolved. Value for money is good and I’ve never noticed any unwanted side effects.

My doctor keeps telling me I should drink more water, water is bland, I just can't drink much of it, so I put these tablets in my glass, and it tastes excellent, plus it hydrates you more, honestly, my health has improved, drink more water.
