Perfect product
These soft rubber rollers are great and give great coverage. Although I initially received one that had a flaw in the rubber roll, the process of returning and having a replacement was a very simple process. The replacement had no flaws and works perfectly, giving me great coverage for lino printing.

Super Duper!
I love Essdee products, I have the hard roller (with red handle) and after using this soft one, I don't use any other. This one is by far my favorite.I only do small lino carvings (not larger than A5).I totally recommend this ink roller!.

Good quality product
Bought these rollers as a cheaper alternative for spreading glue for veneer . Good quality product , speedy delivery and saved myself nearly £200 so very happy.

Excellent value soft brayer for relief printing. Recommended.
These are excellent brayers for the money. If you are just starting out in relief printing and blench at the £25 + for a professional level roller but are struggling to get a block evenly inked these are a good compromise. Presumably you began with a bog standard red handled one that comes with most kits. These blue handled ones are not only softer than the red ones but have a larger diameter so they pick up and lay down more ink in one revolution. Red = 88mm dia. Blue = 110mm dia. (As far as my own recent foray back into lino printing I've found the best bangs for ones buck are getting better brayers and amassing some re-sharpenable cutting tools.)You can then retire your red handled roller to other tasks like flattening glued paper down so it is not wasted.

Excellent and won't wear out like others. The rubber doesn't slip or the mounts wear in 5 mins.
Tried various rollers and this is extremely good compared to others. On first glance it just looks like any other cheap roller. It's not. It won't wear out in 5 minutes like the others or slip to one side. Very good product at last. Can stop wasting my money on the speedball ones now.
