Perfect for SFF builds
Works perfect for lower powered small forum factor builds. Does what it's supposed to do, and does it well.

Unimpressed w/build quality
Haven't fired it up yet but build quality is "fair." Wire used is extremely thin. May be enough but not a lot of margin. Motherboard power connector seems brittle and is definitely slightly warped. Had me wondering if it was a knockoff. Unless you have "severe" space limitation, I would go w/a Seasonic 300 watt Gold. I hear they are hard to build and find.

Great little power supply
I was looking for a power supply for an Intel mini-ITX Atom computer that I had installed in a Mini-box M350 (http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Mini-ITX-enclosure-PicoPSU-compatible/dp/B003DXI288) and thought I'd try this one out. It's really designed for the M350, so that's no surprise that it installed easily and quickly (and avoided a kludgey power cable snaking in through the back of the case...)Great little product.

Faulty Product - Doesn't work!
Fault product. Both the initial order and the replacement order wouldn't work. I verified the problem as the PSU since the motherboard works just fine with another power supply. It appears the problems are due to a faulty MOSFET. Reading online showed the following info as a workaround:****The replacement picoPSU I received exhibited the same problem described above. However, I found a workaround. I think the +5VSB voltage instability is due to some kind of race condition between the PSU and the motherboard wherein they oscillate between the power-on and power-off states.I connected the PSU through an ATX extender and cut the +5VSB line. When the PSU is connected first, then the +5VSB line is connected, the voltages remain stable and the system functions normally. I found that adding a 1 ohm resistor in the +5VSB line also keeps things stable, so this is how I made the fix permanent. I didn't do any further measurement of the PS-ON line to see if this really was a rapid on-off cycling.****

After two attempts this PSU just didn't power my system properly.
2 stars for the idea.My system draws approx 90W. This PSU powered it intermittently at best, and some times not at all; and always accompanied by a high-pitched whine.Plug in a standard PSU and it worked fine.

Perfect solution as silent, small solution
I had previously used similar product of inferior quality. PicoPSU seems more solid solution and has worked out nicely. Good for small solution to lesser power consuming PC:s where you want to fit them into small case. As bonus, it is totally silent

Ideal for HTPC/Mini-ITX
Great product, I used it to replace my Antec ISK 300-150 PSU, which was loud and took lots of space. Works like a charm! The screw fits perfectly in the back of the case. It needs an AC to DC Switching Power Supply though, which is generally sold together.
