I'll start with the drawback of this product; the instructions are not in English, they are in Chinese. I had to download a translator app on my phone so that I could read what each of the 4 different size heads were for. Other than that, it's worth the price. It has excellent suction, is rechargeable and works the best for blackheads in ears. I used this on both of my teenage children and it's a lot less painful for them to use this instead of popping their zits.
