I can't believe how well this holds my baby still while I change their diaper. The only down side is that I have to fold it in half, so I'd recommend getting the heavier one.

I got this blanket mainly for myself. I thought after hearing all of the hype I might benefit from the this blanket. However my husband was the first to test it out. He slept so soundly and woke up extremely rested. So the next night was my turn. WRONG! My 15 year old decided wanted to be next to try it. He said he slept well with it also. So now I’m definitely excited. I have so much trouble sleeping and also have issues with restless legs. I didn’t have the same experience though. I found it too heavy for me and it shouldn’t have been. While it did feel like a hug I realized that I don’t like hugs when I’m sleep but it is relaxing while I’m awake. It did ease the restless leg feeling which was nice. It may not work for me to sleep under but my husband loves it. The quality is awesome, it’s really nicely made. It isn’t hot to sleep under as one would imagine. Comes with a bag to store it in. All in all it was a great purchase.

Sleep like a baby

I was talking to a friend about weighted blankets and how expensive they have become, and she recommended cooshi. At first it did seem to be leaving sand on my sheets but that seems to have remedied itself. Very happy to have it. Wish i could pick up another with a bit more weight. Still recommend.

I have a lot of sleep issues, really strange ones. They get worse when I am under stress. Lately there has been a tremendous amount of stress in my life so I've been having a lot of issues. I ordered this as I have another that's 20 pounds and I think it's too heavy but it's too late to return. This one seems just right. I've been using it every night since I received it and I really like it. I do take it off throughout the night but always put it back on when I wake up throughout the night and it seems to help get me back to sleep quickly. I am not using a cover at this time as I think it's too hot for one.

Gift for granddaughter loves it

I have not washed it and I admit I don't use it as my go to blanket. I found it hotter than I prefer overall, but I can't really blame the blanket for that. It is as described and seems well put together. I thought it would help with my legs, but I find it makes me sweat elsewhere so I am just finding a blanket half way up the bed works better for me.

I had tried a heavier weighted blanket and it felt suffocating to me (I’m not a small or petite woman). This weight is perfect and covers just me so my husband doesn’t have to use the weighted blanket. I’m sleeping better and although it took about a week getting used to, I’m so glad I have it now. It’s definitely a small twin size but that’s perfect for what I needed it for (which is covering just my side of our king bed). Great quality-I just need a cover now because I’d rather wash a duvet than the blanket itself when needed.
