Per the manufacturer, the ingredients are petrolatum, yellow 5 lake, red 30 lake, and flavor.

Not sure, but no color showed up on my lips. My lips are light and usually color shows up darker than it seems.

Q: can I use it at morning and go out ?

Yes. Depends how much color you want. The product doesn't have much but it will keep your lips moist for a while.

Q: how can I apply it while my hands are not clean enough?

It is very sticky. You can't even get it off your hands. You have to scrub them before and after. They have other types in a tube that are more appropriate.
