Book came exactly as I expected. A little dated, could tell that it had been used. But overall effective for what I need.

Just what I wanted.

Unfortunately I never received this title because it was lost in the mail. World of Books did replace the item with a comparable item, and I received it shortly afterward. At the time, I was not completely satisfied and World of Books made note of the fact. They bent over backwards and sent me another comparable title on their tab. Although they did not have to do this, they took care of their customer. In today's business world, it is hard to find a company that lives up to customer service and satisfaction guaranteed... World of Books does exemplify this principle.Thank you!
