What little beauties
These are absolutely fantastic! I wouldn't swap them for anything because they suit me down to a T. They are thick but last me all night and I don't get any little 'accidents' anymore which is a bonus for me. Highly recommended

Pad of choice.
I find these the most comfortable. 'Hopeless' said they don't have adhesive-buy nets! I'm hoping not to need them soon-want a supra pubic catheter but until then, these are marvellous. After use, they fit in most nappy sacks As an ex care assistant I have seen most typesof pads, bulky and unreliable or flimsy, uncomfortable and likely to leak.I find the best move is fold with a groove to funnel liquid. Great value, reliable and prompt delivery.

What a difference these have made to me!
I have full bladder incontinence and I'm not helped by the NHS or government with my pads so I have to buy my own. I was buying from shops and spending an absolute fortune on pads each month (around £60). I've been struggling just lately to get my usual ones and struggling to keep dry and not get sore. Then I found these. It was a shock seeing how big they are and seeing that they have no sticky back was a worry BUT I've found them to be barely noticeable. I've not reacted or become sore. They feel dry against my skin. They stay in place. I've not leaked through. Plus with full front and back coverage I'm not having to carry clothes and getting to places to change because I've had an accident is an amazing worry off my mind. I dont know why I haven't looked at these before but I wont be looking back. I no longer feel conscious. My incontinence has always been a huge issue for me but now I can feel a bit better thanks to these pads. I would highly recommend these pads to anyone who has the same issues as me!

Wrong size
Bit disappointed, bought these for a lady I support, but they're too large. Haven't had this trouble before in all fairness

Not as good as they were.
These used to be excellent but in the last 2 months have changed a lot. They used to be 74cm long and that was a great length for me as it gave me just enough to be able to cope with my needs. Now they are 4cm shorter and about 3cm narrower. Presumably to cut costs in manufacture and reduce packaging. They are lumpy in the padding and 'bunch' when you move meaning they can leak very quickly. They used to br comfortable enough for all day use if necessary but are not now. They are not as reliable as they used to be. If you move a lot at night they leak. I find I need to use a kylie for security in addition to these.Unfortunately for me I cannot find an alternative in this size so I am now stuck with this inferior product. If you don't need the capacity or are not at all mobile and have s lot of help they are probably fine.
