If you are looking for an all-in-one tone fitness balance board, look no further! This is a great little tool for home exercise or something to take with you on the road, if you travel! It is lightweight and fits nicely into a workout bag, backpack, or suitcase. PLUS, it comes complete with exercise bands, which pair nicely with it to do a complete full body workout that will simply get you fit!!

Don't try to mimic the stances seen in the promotional ads
I bought this board in November, and have been quite impressed. I've rarely used the resistance bands, but this offers many different uses even without that. However, 5 months in this developed a large crack in the middle of the board. I was ready to write a 3 star review at that point, but I reached out to the company and they graciously offered a replacement board. One tip for new users. When looking at pics showing people on the board, they are almost always standing with their feet spread to the handles. If you regularly use the board in this stance, as I mostly did, it is going to diminish the overall durability of the board. And you might find yourself trying to use a board with a crack developing after a few months. I feel like it offers a better workout with a wider stance, but it will hurt the shelf life of the board. I learned this the hard way.

Not what I expected...
So, I read all of the reviews before purchasing and I guess I am in the minority. I had seen the Simply Fit Board on Shark Tank and commercials and was interested in buying it because it looked like a fun and easy way to get in a workout at home while watching tv. While shopping for that, I ran across this and the addition of the resistance bands, I thought it would be a great workout and exactly what I was looking for. Well, it isn't fun and it isn't a workout. The board does not twist like the other board and the resistance bands are not resistant enough to get a real workout. Another workout gimmick.

Seems awesome
Just got it in and despite it being the one thing I bought for myself, my partner has already used it more than me! I needed something to get me moving a bit throughout the day (I work at home) and I love that the resistance bands allow me a full range of motion stretch for my shoulders (important after an old service injury). He loves that he can do yoga poses on it with some added difficulty.Added bonus: we accidentally found out that leaving this in the hallway effectively creates a dog gate (because our dog is afraid of it and refuses to go near it) that we can step over easily. So that's cool! LOLOnly issue I can find is that it does seem fairly easy to balance on (but then I don't have balance issues) so for me it's more about the twisting and resistance bands.

Started cracking down the middle after 10 months of seldom use.....
Im a slim guy (5' 8", 150 pounds) too, so whether 10 months is long enough of a survival time for your money or not is ultimately up to you, but I barely used this thing during those months, and in fact, I used it more as an anti-boredom device - something to stand on and move my body on in my tiny apt. to keep from getting antsy - than for heavy exercise, and I'm pretty unsatisfied by how fast the plastic started to split.

Really disappointed because I liked the product up until then
The strap carribeaner broke the second day. I'm only 170 lbs. Really disappointed because I liked the product up until then. The only option is a refund with return... unfortunately I can do nothing but recommend you not buy this.

Broke the first time I really used it.
This looked really cool but a little flimsy, and it was-- when I strapped on the resistance cords and used them, the plastic broke the first time, plus the resistance bands had no resistance at all. I get that the desired amount of resistance varies depending on your fitness level but I'm not especially strong and I'm 5'6'' and I could pull the bands up over my shoulders with no tension at all, so a smaller person would have even less resistance.I love the idea, and it feels good to stand on-- I had it in my home office and while I was working from home one day I was standing on it while taking phone calls and it helped release some of the strain in my hips and lower back, but exercise equipment has to be reasonably well built or it's dangerous and this is dangerous!

I liked it until it broke. Board split down the middle after just 6 weeks of use.
