I buy those all the time! I’ve tried different brands and they just either dry my lips or irritate them causing them itch. I guess I can’t handle certain ingredients, but my lips love the Vaseline!

I think this is the best protection for your lips on the market. These tubes are awesome because you can store them anywhere and don't have to worry about them. All the "stick" brands invariably melt and leak if you leave them in your car or keep in your pocket. And the "stick" brands feel nasty to share with anyone. But this Vaseline Advanced Formula lip therapy tube is just that much more versatile. You can just use your finger to take some off and rub on your lips and there's no thought of it being nasty to share with anyone. I have one next to my bed, in my backpack, in my car, in my gym bag, and sometimes I carry one around in my pants pocket.And it works awesome too. I used to use the Blistex medicated lip balm, but actually I found that it would dry out my lips so that I felt like needing to reapply every 30 minutes to an hour. I've also tried using Burt's Bees but because my skin had sensitivity to it, I also felt like my lips were more chapped after that initial application. With everything else I've tried before, I'd apply it in the evening and the next day my lips would be chapped with patches of thick skin I wanted to pull off. This Vaseline protectant actually does what it says and doesn't dry out my lips. My lips might still be dry when I wake up, but the skin is not patchy and flaky and cracked.Some reviews said that this has a fragrance. There is a light smell when you first take some product out, but after a few minutes of applying it pretty much goes away. The only ingredient is white petrolatum, USP. Anyway, love this stuff!

I used to use regular Vaseline on my lips at night to keep them from getting chapped. This is a much better version for that purpose. The applicator makes all the difference. It dispenses a tiny, thin stream with a very faint scent. I get all of the moisturizing I want without having to use a large amount of Vaseline the way I did before. I thought that using the regular version of Vaseline would save me money, since this product is more expensive by net weight. Well, by using only a tiny amount of product, that may not be true. Anyway, I prefer this and will continue to use it for my lips. I think it's better than other lip products I've tried in the past.

Love this product. I use it summer & winter over my lipstick. It gives it a glossy look, and moisturizes my lips. I was using Vaseline in a “tin”. The tube is so much more convenient. It is very effective in keeping my lips from getting chapped as I am very prone to having dry, chapped lips. This is a little pricey, so I use cheaper options at intervals; but is my favorite by far. I have put it on my cuticles and knuckles before for chapping in the winter from cold weather & very frequent hand washing. Works there too!

About 6 months ago my lips became EXTREMELY sensitive with painful peeling, and I could no longer wear lip stick. Initially I thought it was a reaction to a prescription, but my doctor disagrees, and since it began, it has not changed. I have tried Aquafor but it feels waxy and dry. I am not thrilled with how the Vaseline feels (a bit greasy) but it is the ONLY product that does not make my lips feel worse. It can be very difficult to find this small tube of Vaseline, but it is the only way that I have found that you can easily carry it with you throughout the day. I keep it in my pocket, and in the car. Vaseline does make a lip balm that comes in a tube, but it is a completely different product with MANY ingredients, and it has not been helpful for me.
