Firstly I am surprised that this came in a spray bottle, I was really expecting a tube. I have used it now for 2 days on my back which is really irritated and itchy no matter how much I moisturize. This cream has a very mild scent and did calm down the itching, unlike the menthol products it does not cool the skin but forms a well absorbed layer over the skin and starts to do it's magic on the effected area. It has been just 2 days but I feel the difference with my itching that has stopped and is controlled. I would really still want the tube
