For the price you can not beat the performance and specifications of these machines. I own an it business so don't be too shocked by the next number, I have ordered around 140+ of these units for doctors offices, industrial equipment and SMB offices. The reliability of these machines surpasses anything we have seen from Dell or HP for 1/2 the price. The model I prefer is the SER5 with the ryzen 5 5560u. Most of the complaints come from the 5800 models which isn't a surprise since that processor is too hot for the form factor. It's really too bad people write one star reviews for that model and they appear under the 5560u. More expensive doesn't mean better keep that in mind when shopping for computers like these. Also keep in mind these are not designed for heavy gaming despite the claims from the manufacturer, they don't defy physics so don't expect them to. A testament about the quality of these is that I purchased 3 of these the first week they became available on Amazon. Those three have been in service every day for the last 4 years without issues. We have had 2 Dell optiplex mini PCs fail, one SSD and one motherboard in the same amount of time and those cost 4x as much.

This makes a nice office computer it's small and works well

This is the 4th Beelink Mini-PC I have bought, of various models. The oldest has been running for over 2 years. None have failed. They are fast, consume much less power than the PCs they replaced, and take up little space. You have to be more careful when ordering compared to traditional full-sized desktop PCs to make sure it has exactly the features, specific ports, jacks, etc. that you want. You need to anticipate your future needs. It's harder to work around mistakes when you can't easily drop in a card when you need something added. I have found the poor product descriptions, and extreme lack of info on their website to make this difficult. At their website, bee-link.com, if you choose "Support", you are directed to dr.bee-link.cn - a Chinese website that is so bizarrely designed, it's hard to find anything yourself. Some file names are even in Chinese, so brush up on your Mandarin. I can't even go to the support website at all anymore - my anti-virus software blocks it for being a blacklisted site. - Expect to ask any questions by email ([email protected]). - Expect a full day or more delay in each response. - Expect that they will refuse to answer even generic questions unless you send them a photo of your serial number. - Expect to deal with a different person each time - sometimes more than one asks for the all-important Serial number. They are really obsessed with serial numbers. - When asked why a serial # is needed to tell me what kind of cable I need for a certain model, they said they had to have the serial number to know which ports were on my unit. If the port configuration is not consistent within the same model, but varies as they claim, they have some serious manufacturing issues! - Don't expect complete answers about anything. They couldn't explain to me why they provide two HDMI cables on this SER5 that has only one HDMI port, and one Display Port. I had to go back and order another cable unexpectedly, and wait a couple of days to be able to use the Mini PC. - Based on many reviews on Reddit, many people report that they really have to fight with BeeLink (and ship the PC to China) to get warranties honored. Expect to be without a PC for weeks when that happens.

If you are ready to move to a nuc then these new minis do not disappoint. Runs cool and quiet and packs the punch of a general use desktop.

Wonderful computer, not for games, but it does the job.

I'm a simple person with simple needs in electronics. First need is a computer that is easy to setup. Second need is a computer that works as advertised. EVERYTHING ELSE is just icing on the cake. Oh and I do like having it ready to work in about 20 seconds or less from when I push the little button. My space here is limited and the size is excellent. PRICE,, almost forgot to mention that the price didn't break the bank. I'm still surprised at how much system we got for the price.

It is what it says it is for the most part, the only real discrepancy i noticed was the lack of storage (which in my case is fine i needed more) of 1tb via ssd i assume nvme m2, and i had went to start it up to wipe windows as i bought it for my father to use as a dedicated network server, and it acted like it had no storage, from boot menu straight back to boot menu, so i took the bottom lid and heatsync and sure enough, no storage at all [attached picture shown near text] which aslo means no windows 11 boot and key, which is a 140 dollar value on the product key alone, i am not upset but just keep this in mind if you decide to get one its something to check, otherwise quality suprises me still for price, and there not bad for being laptops essentially

Realmente o que eu esperava, rápido, compacto.

Produto de excelente qualidade, vem com o cabo de força padrão internacional, mas mandaram um adaptador adequado. Eu gostei bastante dele. Já vem com o Windows licenciado, só tive que alterar o idioma para português, mas em desempenho ele não deixa nada a desejar. Funciona com dois monitores, e pra mim ele tá perfeito!

O MiniDesktop é bom, é rápido. Veio exatamente como pedi na configuração. A entrega foi feita antes do prazo previsto. Veio muito bem embalado.
