Fitness enthusiasts, you need to add one of these to your workout equipment, it works great for your upper body, and when you’re using it you can feel your whole core muscles tighten and of course your arms feel great afterwards. It comes with 4 extra springs for extra strength, but I use mine with the springs that were already on and it’s enough resistance to make me sweat. This device has become one of my favorite exercise items ever and I got a fairly good gym set up.So for efficiency,functionality and price, you will be glad you bought one.

I return this because it didn't work out for me however it is a good product.

It works but false advertising I have four bolts and nuts in it. It did not come with a quick release pins to swap to the inside

The bar is easy to use. Came with two sets of springs and the inner one is good to start with 22.5lb x4. Also you can combine 8 springs together to get 220lbs total. It looks solid with inner spring only. I haven’t try 220lbs version yet. Price is pretty good for the quality. The device itself is not very heavy. It’s very flexible and versatile for many muscle exercises.
