Really enjoyed how it built my wrist Tendons and range of motion back after breaking my wrist. Also it excersises all the muscles in your arm and hand to get you back to using your hand the way you used to before breaking it. Ingenious yet simple excersises device. May also help prevent or relieve carpel tunnel syndrome if used regularly. Comes in super light resistance to extremely high resistance. Color coded for resistance values and not much money for the usefulness. I began with the yellow one after about 4 weeks. Great little known product.

I am an Occupational Therapist and use this daily with my patients as well as recommend the purchase for home use. It is a multi use exerciser that is great for strengthening for upper body overall. Great product , great value, practically indestructible and easy to clean.

I think it’s excellent, however,, the therapist is using one that is a bit lighter. I know the day is coming when my daughter can advance to using the one I purchased.

Love these. This one is a little thicker than ones I’ve had previously which makes it a little harder to work with but overall it’s good

This product is great for rehabbing wrist injuries. I was introduced the the product at physical therapy and decided to purchase so I can continue my therapy at home. They come in several colors representing the levels of difficulty. I chose yellow as that is the level my therapist recommends for this stage of my rehab.

Six years and still going strong. No dry rot.

I bought this for my brother who needs physical therapy to strengthen his arm muscles. It works great and offers alot of different motion and resistance.

The item looks a little odd, but since I was introduced me to one when I was in rehab, I knew that I wanted one of my own. Several different exercises you can do with it without having free weights hanging around to stub your toe on. If your budget could afford it, I would go for the next length longer.

Nice product, helps with elbow soreness

My physiotherapist recommended this product to rehabilitate my broken arm and elbow. It's the same one she has in her office. Works well.

I was in a motorcycle accident and my hand was severed. This has become part of my therapy. Good quality and great for a number of strengthening exercises. Was cheaper than brand mentioned to me but cant imagine why. Quality is great.
