My earbuds are charged, blue tooth is on but not synching. Has anyone else had this problem?

Try resetting your earbuds if you have taken off the protective film already on your buds connector pins. Put them in the case and hold the touch controls at the same time on each bud for 8 seconds you'll see the case flash 3 times. You should have them reset at this point. Then pair again. Hope this helps

If your thinking to just use one and leave the other in the case then yes, I alternate mine in and out all the time, but if your thinking to keep one and then give one to friend to connect to a different device, I don't think so...

I just got my pair. How do i know when the case needs to charge?

It'll flash red on the front. Everytime you or them away it'll glow white/silver.. That's charging them. When you close the lid it'll turn the buds off automatically. When the car needs to be charged it'll flash red when you place the buds in the case and close the lid.
