I’ve read about the first hundred reviews. They are mostly from women. Has any man had successful results from this ? (& I don’t want to gain weight)

No, I haven't gotten pregnant as a man.

Has anyone successfully got pregnant on these?

I got pregnant in 2016 while taking them. I had just missed my bc shot and ended up pregnant. It was my second child after 7 years. I didn't think I had a problem getting pregnant without them. I was only taking them for hormone balancing.

Why would you give any supplement not regulated by the FDA to kids? Talk to your pediatrician; or just feed your kids a well balanced nutritious meals.

What does it do specifically?

Maca traditionally is a root not a herb as most would stay. Before commercialised, was used for many years by Peruvian men and women. It's beneficial to energy levels, moods, stamina, fertility and hormonal issues in females. Some women have said it increased their boobs and butt which is a bonus, I've only been taking it for some weeks so I'm yet to see. Also if u have thyroid or kidney issues, it might not be best for you.
