Works as Expected
The external case seems to be solidly built out of metal. It is a small compact size. It seems like it would do just fine thrown into a bag with whatever random stuff you keep with you. However, when a cord is plugged in you can spin the plug connector a bit. I don't know if that will affect its function or durability, but it makes me a bit nervous that I might break something. Another Issue that I have is the capacity. My last three phones all had battery capacities well above 2000 mAh and this is only 1800 mAh. This is disclosed in the product description, but it is a bit disappointing to see so many portable chargers like this with such small capacities. It will only charge my current device to about 60%.Overall this is a great little device that does its job as expected.

I mean cmon people.. it says it charges tablets UP TO 15% and phones UP TO 100%.. I spent $6.99 on this thing and I keep it in my lunch box for work for emergencies.. if you think this thing is supposed to be used everyday all day its cheap and it will break.. you're gonna need to spit out $50-$75 for a nice one if thats what you're looking for.. but if you need a quick charge every now and then when you're camping or fishing or just not around power this thing is great for just that.. im happy

decent product
it worked well until the usb port got loose & now I have to put a piece of paper or cardbord to get it to work. charges very fast & it can charge my phone up to 93% wich its preatty good but you must baby the usb and micro usb ports or you can accidentaly brake it like I did.

almost crap, but my weird sense of fairness made me give it 2 stars instead of 1..... Don't do it....
I also bought this at walgreens on sale for ten bucks. It worked a few times for my wife, but then the micro usb connector started getting loose where it plugs into the battery. I was able make it charge by careful arangment of the charging cable, but it can't be trusted to fully charge. We are going to get 2800 mah ones from a different company, with included LED flashlight mode, and Apple connectors

Frequently disconnects
Frequent disconnects. Anyone else?I got one for my wife and ended up returning it because it kept disconnecting and reconnecting, even just sitting there. We exchanged it as have the same problem. Had my phone is my coat pocket and it kept dinging in and off charge every ten seconds.
