Why so expensive? These are on sale at World Market for $7.99 for 20 two packs individually wrapped?

These come in two weights, 28.4g and 40g. The packages are identical in both weights, you have to read it. If world market sells a 24 pack of 2 40 gram cookies for less I would say buy them there. My wife bought some at a box store locally for about $12, but they were 28.4 gram cookies.

Each individual pack of two cookies is marked 'Net Wt 40g/1.4 oz'. I would consider one pack per person a serving at tea. There are 24 packs per box.Edit: re-reading the question, dimensions as I measure them are four inches high, two inches wide, and 5/8 inch thick.
