This is by far the strongest and most powerful spring that I've found for my Lane Big & Tall recliner. So strong my wife struggles to put the recliner back down. I tried cheaper springs and theg don't last at all. This is my 2nd purchase of these springs (2 recliners) and they are exactly what the chairs needed. You may need a little help and spring puller to get them on but they will last. Price is a little high but worth the extra money.If you want your big Lane recliner to work like new then I highly recommend these springs.

I used this product to replace a snapped spring on my big man's recliner. It's been installed for about a month now, maybe more and it works better than the spring that came with the chair. Well made, positive release, smooth recovery back into chair. I bought 2 springs and replaced the side that was not broken yet too.
