I see a lot of 5 star reviews for this product I don't know if anyone actually test there ketone level with a blood meter before or after but I have on 3 different occasion's I tested between meals before meals and after meals and the ketone levels haven't changed at all the only thing I'm get from it is my heart rate is racing.

These pills are amazing!! I take 2 every morning. They give me energy and have also helped me get into ketosis in one day. I was amazed on how well they work. I was in light ketosis and took 2 pills this morning and it put me right back into moderate. I just weighed myself today. I started at 196 I'm now 188. "Works" depends on what you are looking for but it works for what I AM looking for.
