Like the look, the heft/sturdiness. It is a well made cane. Exactly what I was looking for.

Not as advertised, junk, don't put weight on it.

It's hard to describe the beauty of the workmanship and finish of this cane. It is a work of art. My 90 year old mom is so pleased with its looks and utility.

I gave it almost 5 stars because it is a very good cane. It looks good, and works well.Remember, it is wood, and can be broken. Keep that in mind.I bought 3 knowing that. One of them was too thin at the bottom where it matters most.I tried to talk to customer service about the problem. FORGET ABOUT IT.They could care less if you have an issue, so buy it knowing that.So, all in all, the canes are good, the company sucks. Enough said

I received this cane as a gift for my graduation with my MDiv as an official "pastor" so it was important it look like a shepherd's crook. I asked on Facebook whether it looked more like a shepherd's crook or an old man's cane. (I'm a man.) Most said shepherd's crook though I realized later most people would think it's an old man's cane because they don't know what a crook is. But its carved hook does make it look like a crook and it feels wonderful in the hands. I'm confused by those reviewers who say it's not wood and not one piece. It certainly seems to be and if it's not it's awfully well hidden. As you can see in my other cane reviews I have had metal heads but well-meaning friends keep thinking there's a sword inside and make the handles loose trying to prove it. I was shocked how lightweight this one is and it will stop the sword curiosity. I'll let you know if it has issues like others posted.

Not as heavy as I would have liked. My grandpa is 200lbs on a good day. I wasn't comfortable thinking about having him lean on this.

It's a cane, it works, I have not fallen down - the other hand says it is lighter weight than most wood canes and would not be as good as defensive weapon. Still easy to use and light weight.

Have a balance problem and this cane was just what I needed. It is sturdy and yet light weight and really helps me get around a lot better. Love it
