Maybe more for younger children; or collectors.This is a very well-made toy, indeed; affiliated-to the Jurassic World film brand, with a long-lasting quality that you'd expect from a toy manufacturer such as Mattel®.I’m not sure how much playability this has, or how long it will hold the attention of an older child; but it’s probably more suited-to younger children, and it will stand-up to substantial amounts of abuse.The toy mechanism will continue to last when lesser products from unknown brands are long-since broken, and will also last significantly longer than the playing time of one child. This could be transferred to younger siblings, and will still probably work as intended.When there’s so many poor toys that cost just as much as this product, but which are only designed to last long enough for you to post a complimentary review, it’s nice to see a well-known manufacturer showing the amateurs the quality ‘that’s really expected’ in a toy. It looks great, and is superbly detailed for anyone wanting-to know what these ancient creatures actually looked-like, too.With this being part of a branded set, these dinosaurs are also appealing-to toy collectors, too. Especially, the 1-metre-long T-Rex.Maybe aside-from that particular model, (you’re paying extra for the larger-scale size with the T-Rex; so, it’s price is proportionate) they are all reasonably priced; and are probably a similar price to an unknown brand, that won’t last, and also won’t share the same Mattel® ‘quality’ ethos, either.This is both a quality functioning toy, and it’s also an educational piece, as well.Heavily recommended.
