Royal Belgian Balancing Siphon Coffee Maker Silver Chrome

I received this as a gift a few years ago and it has performed very well. No consumable parts (other than the fuel), and it makes 2 great cups of coffee. If you want to speed the process up, preheat the water before putting it in the maker.I'm not sure if there are other resellers of this product, but I also want to put a plug in for Gourmet Faucet Depot. The threaded connection on the filter basket on mine cracked after several years of use (I probably overtightened it after cleaning), and these guys were super responsive. They ordered the part and shipped it to me without any fuss. A really good experience.

My husband and I recently bought this coffee siphon and just love it. We actually sent for some Kopi Luwak coffee for our guests. Quite the experience and worth doing at least one time. It's fascinating to watch and makes terrific coffee. Sits beautifully on display. If you get one, you won't be sorry your did.
