Q: what size inch is it?

Box dimensions are 2.2 x 6.5 x 9 inches. The Grievous figure is 6 inches tall.

Q: when he has 2 arms are they connected? or do you take them off the toy when you want 2 arms

The figure has all 4 arms attached. There are notches and slots built into the arms that allow you to connect them. However range of motion is very limited and they separate easily
